Area Manager, East Coast Region (Life Agency)
Kelantan, Pahang, Terengganu

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction in driving agency business and ensuring growth of the assigned Agency Development Executive (ADE) in his/her area
• Develop, build, drive, manage, coach and mentor ADE in agency management
• Develop agency expansion opportunities
• Provide agency services and act as conduit between agency force and company
• Foster and reinforce business relationship and harmony in agency force

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies/Actuarial/Insurance of FLMI/AMII/ACII or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience within the insurance/takaful industry.
• Able to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership/managerial acumen to drive change.
• Excellent management  and analytical skills, pro-active and resourceful
• Pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to meet challenges and tight deadlines
• Portray positive values (including teamwork, integrity, growth, efficiency/excellence and relationship building) to the organization and able to influence others to apply the positive values in the Department and throughout the organization.

Dealer Sales Executive (East Coast - Pahang, Kelantan & Terengganu)
Kelantan, Pahang, Terengganu

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the assigned Distributors and managing dealers portfolios within the assigned areas / region.
• To drive Distributor sales team to meet the designated area / territory sales performance in meeting prepaid and postpaid sales target.
• Execute and monitor effectiveness on sales strategy for assigned areas and territories.
• To execute the sales promotion plans which support the rapid growth and expansion of U Mobile product and services.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level/STPM or Diploma of any field.
• Presentable with dynamic disposition.
• At least 2 - 3 years sales experience within Telco / FMCG industry.
• Sales driven with good track record.
• Friendly and approachable.
• Self starter, energetic, possess own transport with Class D licence.
