KUMPULAN WANG SIMPANAN PEKERJA mempelawa graduan yang berkelayakan, bermotivasi dan kompeten untuk menjadi Pelatih bagi Skim Latihan Siswazah seperti berikut:

1. TEMPOH LATIHAN
   Tempoh latihan adalah selama 12 bulan.
    
2. ELAUN & KEMUDAHAN
   
   -
   Pelatih akan dibayar elaun sebanyak RM 750.00 setiap bulan.
   -
   Perlindungan perubatan sebagai pesakit luar di klinik panel dan hospital kerajaan.
    
3. SYARAT KELAYAKAN
   
   -
   Masih belum mempunyai pekerjaan tidak lebih dari 12 bulan selepas graduasi dan tidak pernah mengikuti program Skim Latihan yang dianjurkan oleh mana-mana Badan Kerajaan atau organisasi lain.
   -
   Keutamaan adalah kepada calon yang memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Rekabentuk Multimedia, Grafik, Teknologi Maklumat (Multimedia), Sains Komputer atau mana-mana bidang lain yang berkaitan serta mempunyai kemahiran dalam reka bentuk grafik, susun atur dan visualisasi menggunakan Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Flash Action Script 2.0, HTML, XML, Camtasia CSS, Java Script.
    
4. SKOP LATIHAN
   Membantu Pereka Kreatif, Pereka Multimedia dan Pembangun Kandungan dalam perancangan, pembangunan dan reka bentuk pengeluaran kandungan e-Pembelajaran dan bahan pengajaran melalui media digital menggunakan maklumat animasi, teks, gambar, video dan bunyi.
