Process Mechanical Engineer-Advanced
Penang

Responsibilities:

• Production Line Setup, Re-layout.
• Supports and implements the transition of products and manufacturing processes from prototype to full production and through the entire life cycle of the product. 
• Engineering change management (BOM, ECR, ECO, Routing, HPU, Costing, etc)
• Develop, evaluate, improve and document manufacturing processes in order to enable continuous improvement for better product quality and increased productivity
• Track and Improve Assembly Yield
• PM and Calibration of all the mechanical tools and ESD equipment
• Partners with procurement and technical services to improve/sustain products and processes. (Create jigs/fixtures and Implement Poka-Yoke solutions to enhance assembly processes )
• Perform failure analysis on Out of Box defects, Mechanical part issues and warranty failures and make the necessary improvements to enhance the quality and reliability of the product
• Using RCA methodology to resolve Process Engineering Issues         
• Conduct FMEA studies on recurrent issues
• Conduct Time Studies and Line rebalancing
• Support Shop floor tracking system implementation
• Product Re-Engineering for Cost Savings and Assurance of Supply
• May directly work with contract manufacturers or vendors to determine product, tooling, equipment and material specifications and quality standards
• May work with suppliers to ensure achievement of goals for cost, quality and delivery of parts and materials
• Plans, evaluates and recommends technical, quality and cost specifications to meet design and business growth objectives and supply chain optimization. Identifies and qualifies alternative materials when needed
• Work with Environmental Test Lab to test and qualify existing or new product designs.  Troubleshoot and make necessary improvements to ensure the product meets the necessary mechanical and environment requirements.
• Ensure Compliance to ISO9001 & ISO14000

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline from an accredited college/university
• Typically 4 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment
• Experienced in Engineering Change Management System (ORACLE & MatrixOne)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Penang, Bayan Lepas

Responsibilities:

• To promote sales and marketing of Agri Bio products, i.e., rat baits, harvesting poles, cover crop seeds, Pheromone, etc.
• To maintain a close relationship with dealers and end – users to promote products, provide after sales service and gather market information through regular visits and close contact.
• To monitor credit limit / payments of customers and to ensure all payments due are collected within the term period.
• To create interest and provide product knowledge by conducting product presentations / demonstrations to increase market share.
• To monitor competitors activities for planning / strategizing promotional campaigns and to position products.
• To attend training and seminars for self improvement and equip with the latest information.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Agriculture or related discipline
• 8 years experience in similar industry
• Good command written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
