Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager
Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Selangor, Terengganu, Putrajaya
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and manage a Domino’s Pizza restaurant in meeting the company’s goals
- Meet and exceed sales targets while managing profitability
- Provide customers with the highest quality products and excellent services
- Hire and train/develop the restaurant team to meet and exceed company set KPIs
- Uphold all policies and standards
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma or with relevant managerial working experience
- Previous experience in F&B management an advantage
- Self motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Good problem solving and strong analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work long hours
- Success driven and results oriented
