Technical Publication Assistant
Selangor
Responsibilities:
  • To support Technical Publications Administrator in management of all Technical Publication activities.
  • To assist Technical Publications Administrator in continuously reviewing and developing the Technical Publications section in line with evolving company requirements.
  • To assist the Technical Publications Administrator in liaison with other department, airworthiness authority or other organisations.
  • To assist the Technical Publications Administrator in ensuring that all manuals or documentations are current and up-to-date, and that all revisions dispatched to holders are acknowledged.
  •  To assist the Technical Publications Administrator in ensuring that the emergency documentations are dispatched in a timely manner.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by Technical Publication Administrator.
  • To assist other Engineering Services personnel in distribution or archiving of technical or design documentation.
  • To be in charge of management of publications or documentations in support of Technical Publications Administrator.
  • Responsible of any other assignment that Technical Publications Administrator allocates from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree  in Business Administration / Office Administration / Library or any related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experiences in handling Technical Documentations.
  • Experience with exposure in Aviation Industry will be preferable.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Independent, resourceful and pro-active
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power point & Project
  • Excellent presentation, pleasing personality, good interpersonal and behaviour skills
  • Strong communication skills and good command of written and spoken English
  • Good organizational skills to manage entire work properly.
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees in a multi-cultural and international setting
  • Enthusiastic and passionate, positive attitudes and self-motivated
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
