Branch Person-in-Charge (Terengganu - Kuala Terengganu) Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall branch operations and administrative functions within the agreed service level Responsible for overall branch collection of cash, cheque and EDC over the counter in accordance with Collection Guidelines and at the same time, ensure that the sales register is booked accurately and timely Maintain and ensure that the premise including the furniture, fit-out and office equipment and in good condition Keep up-to-date knowledge on latest product and services in order to maintain quality service to customers and agency force Review and identify areas for improvement in branch work process in relation to the delivery of service excellence Requirements: Possess a degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years working experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
