Jurukur Bahan Maju Bina Sdn Bhd (JBMSB) was  established  in 1983,  the  practice   has   grown to  become  one  of the respected consultant  practices  in  providing  quantity  surveying and project management   consultancy   services  and  has  branch  offices   in  Johor  Bahru  and  Terengganu.  We   have   a   well    balanced  staff,  qualified  quantity surveyors and project managers.

 

Resident Quantity Surveyor
Terengganu - Besut

Responsibilities:

Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction team and sub-contractors

• Experienced in pre and post  contract activities
• Preparation of tender documents.
• Contract Administration.
• Prepare monthly site valuation report and work progress report.
• Evaluations and preparations of claims and progress payments.
• Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently.
• Possess high level of integrity, strong analytical, organisational skills and a team player.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction team and sub-contractors.

Requirements:

 

 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Willing to travel extensively
• Good command in written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
