Field Sales Executive ( East Coast Malaysia)
Kelantan, Pahang, Terengganu

Responsibilities:

• Accountable & responsible for thruput sales performance for LTP Traditional Trade by category
• Set sales target for LTp sales team
• Develop journey plan for LTP sales team to ensure 100% coverage
• Updating Journey plan
• Responsible for customer database maintenance
• Responsible for Product Distribution & Merchandising Standards
• Responsible for market returns from Traditional Trade channel
• Organized clearance of aging stocks
• Gather insight & information market intelligence
• Ensuring Filed Sales Operation Best Practices

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years of sales management experience in FMCG industry
• Results-focused with proven sales experience and business acumen
• An energetic, dynamic go-getter with leadership and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to troubleshoot and good at decision-making
• Able to work flexible hours
• Mobile and possess a valid driving license
• Preferable candidate from Pahang, Terengganu or Kelantan.
