Responsibilities:

• Lead & drive the operations and work activities of the agency.
• Plan, organize, and control the overall sales programs to achieve business objectives.
• Develop sales plan & strategies to retain customers & penetrate new markets.
• Devise new tours, travel plans & packages.
• Establish & maintain effective working relationships with trade's stake holders.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Personal Services, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): excellent work ethics, good communication, leadership, highly motivated, results oriented.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ri Yaz Heritage Marina Resort & Spa,Pulau Duyong.
• Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent will have an added advantage
• Full-Time position(s) available.
